We decided to drive 5 hours to Kirtland, Ohio this summer to tour the church history sights. We absolutely loved this trip!!
We camped for 2 nights at a state park near Kirtland. One night we chased a pack of racoons away because they were trying to eat our food!
Had to take the boys to the football hall of fame in Columbus, Oh!

My favorite part of the tour was learning the history behind the Newel K. Whitney store. This was where the school of the prophets met.
We learned how the pioneers made soap and other everyday items. They were truly amazing and we came home with a deeper love and respect for our pioneers!
This was actually the second day of school. They look kind of tired in this picture don't they. They are so good to get up at 6:30 every morning. Must be the doughnuts they get to eat for breakfast every friday in the Cafetheria!! Yummy! (Jacob is now in 4th grade).

This was Rebekah's first day of Kindergarden! Jeremy is seeing her off on the bus. It comes right outside our house. We are so lucky!!
